for the nomination.  Sorry for taking so long to act on this.  I still don’t know what I am doing and if this all correct.

As you can tell I am not tech savvy but I guess I have been nominated for my blogging efforts rather than my tech knowledge.

So my story, my agenda ..

I started blogging at the end of May 2016.  Before blogging I wrote, The Dreaded “C” word

and showed it to a couple of close friends.  They all loved it and some suggested that I should publish it as a book.  Just like my tech skills, I have no knowledge on publishing either.  I rang a publishing company and realized there was much work to be done even before I can submit a manuscript.  Need to print it double spaced (or something like that), put it into chapters etc.  So, it went into the “not now” basket.  To a certain amount this Blogger Award got the same treatment.  Then one sunny day (not sure if it was sunny, but not so poetic to say one rainy day for a positive comment) a friend of mine suggested that I should at least start to blog.  When the second friend said the same thing, I thought it was time to look further in to it.

I am still struggling and refusing take the training wheels off, in terms of the tech side of WordPress.  But, thoroughly enjoying the activity of writing and reading similar blogs.

As per the conditions of this award I am supposed to give advise to new bloggers.

 

I don’t think I am in position to advise others on blogging, all I can say, obviously what you have to say is important to you, so just say it.  I do it with words, more like a story, but I have seen others do it beautifully with poems, as documentaries, pictures, photographs.  What ever is your style or mode use it.  There are no rules to what and how you are supposed to blog.

Beautiful photographs and history of very unusual places.  Sometimes just usual places.  Sometimes recipes.  But most of all she loves “Asterix and Oblix’.  I am sold
